Reasonable price. And it's an ideal place to take a night and wait to the next morning for a wonderful view of Ma Pi Leng. The dinner there is quite OK but price is a bit high.

This is a clean place. The staff are friendly as always in Vietnam. They have a fire going on the outside which was really nice for a cold night. The temperature was 42 F / 6C.

Ma Pi Leng Homestay. I write about this wooden one without any nice view. You can see on my pictures. I don't recommend. They take the same money as a hotel, but they don't have even half of conditions like one. We booked the room by phone. They told us, this is normal room. When we came we saw a very small cage only with mattress. The bathroom was shared with everybody and they didn't clean there. You can't smell the bedding is fresh. I suppose they don't change it after every guest.

I was very happy to stay here. It is the only homestay, which is walking distance to the Ma Pi Leng view point. It is also located in the H'Mong ethnic minority village. You can enter the village to learn more about H'Mong people's normal life. Nice view from the East. I guess it's beautiful when sun rise on clear days. The new owners was very very friendly. We had a very funny, warmly dinner with them like a family. They are taking steps to improve the services of the homestay after abandoned by the old business owners. Will stay here next time coming to Ma Pi Leng :)
