It's very noisy at the weekend because there are so many "phượt" members came here. But the home stay owners are very kindly.

80k for a dorm bed in a cool long house layout with mosquito net. 100k for delicious family dinner and way too many happy water shots. The family is great and the English speaking worker there, Viet, is one of the most genuinely nice people I've ever met. I was lucky enough to also have a group of Vietnamese staying there who also spoke pretty well (they were English teachers) and also loved to play music and sing... Which is handy because Viet is a damn good guitarist! We had a phenomenal time eating, drinking, smoking and screaming mot, hai, ba, yo! Until I was singing it in my sleep! I left to continue my motorcycle trip but if I'm being honest with myself I really wanted to just live there for a while... I'll be back I hope.

Amazing bed, really nice to fall asleep after a long day riding. Cute puppy is also worth mentioning.
