We enjoyed our stay at Hoang Ngoc Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they upgraded our room without extra cost. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, I ordered pancakes. Location is good, close to restaurants and shops. Good value for the money! Highly recommended!
