I came here on a bicycle trip through the region. I had planned to stay at another hotel but when I got there, no one was around, so walked back up the street to look at other options. The lady running this place saw me walk by with my bicycle and came out to call me. She was very welcoming and invited me to wash my feet with the hose outside (it had been raining and the road to Xín Mần is half dirt/mud). She also later gave me a brush and a cloth so I could wash my very dirty bicycle. (While I went out for dinner, she had brought it inside and parked it gently against the wall. Very nice) The rooms are spotless! And big. Easily the cleanest room I had between Lào Cai & Hà Giang. The fan worked a treat and I had no problem drying my clothes. Highly recommend this place. The kindness of the lady proprietor was one of my highlights on this trip.
