what a terrible business. it was the holidays period with many places booked out. The owners called to advise an availablity. we came to check the room then agreeded to take the room. during this time, another customer came with a local friend. a commotion started on who should take the room. the owner ended up giving the room to the other customer even though we were first. avoid this place. how rude. re: we agreed before the next customers arrived. your husband accepted.
