The owner is very nice and helpful. We arrived Ha Giang at 3am and they let us stay a night for free until we left in the morning :) They also thoughtfully took care of us, providing a map for travelling around Ha Giang and nearby attraction points, showing the most attractive view points, providing contact numbers for local tours. The rental price was reasonable and the bikes were full filled of gas when we had them. The owner would be willing to book the bus for you to other place as well from their place. Again, they are so friendly and willing to help. Ask for help. Definitely recommend and will come back.
