Convenient place with nice rooms. I was happy with the hot shower and the location. Breakfast was also tasty - very friendly girl brought us a hot sandwich with omlet. There is also an option to park your motorbike. Good place to stay. The only one bad thing is quite loud karaoke club downstairs buy they finished around midnight so it wasn't so bad.

Basic clean room for a very cheap price. Nice friendly family running this hotel. I would definitely stay again.

We spent 1 night here, the room was dirty on the bed full of black hair. Staff not nice. There was warm water. I do not recommend this place.:(

Don't book here. We booked one night on booking and one day before they sent a message saying "We are out of rooms, please sympathize". There's not that many options in this area so this was a really bad thing to do. If you book here probably when you arrive you won't have a place to sleep.

"This was our worst night on the Ha Giang Loop..."
This was our worst night on the Ha Giang Loop route. Hard and dirty beds. I had the impression that the sheet was not changed for a long time. Difficult contact with staff. Plus such that there was hot water. I recommend choosing a different place to sleep in this city.

We stayed there during our trip in North Vietnam. Staff is super friendly, room are clean and spacious. Mattress are a little bit hard bit it is like that everywhere. I recommend that place.
