This is a lovely family run hotel. The people here do not speak much English, though Google translate readily helped with that. They were also very helpful with the room and everything else. In fact we did arrive very early at about 9am and they advised us simply to give them thirty minutes to get the room ready, and did not charge us a single VND extra. They were also able to assist with laundry at a much more economic value than you will find at hotels in Hanoi. As for the rooms they were very comfortable (though the mattresses in this part of the world are typically quite firm.) Including a good bathroom, good aircon, and full cable television. In addition the hotel and rooms were very clean.

Good place, need a scooter to go to places Worth 250k after i saw like 7 "hotels" in the area. Bad is very hard, sleeping ok other things less

I stayed here at the beginning and end of a Ha Giang loop tour. The hotel is clean and reasonably well presented. There was an en suite will a decent shower. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the mattresses were so firm it was like sleeping on a board.

"A very basic and no frills hotel ie no coffee..."

A very basic and no frills hotel ie no coffee or tea, no electric kettle etc. I stayed at level 4 then, while touring beautiful HaGiang. The hotel is near the interesting HaGiang market and near some cafe and restaurants. Downside: quite a challenge to communicate with the lady, in charge of the reception. Only way was to use translator via handphone.

Khách sạn hết phòng đôi nhưng khách hỏi đặt phòng vẫn báo nhận. Sau đó cho khách vài 2 phòng đơn với chi phí đắt hơn nhưng không thông báo cụ thể cho khách, thái độ không thân thiện
