Great hotel. Didn’t eat there. We chose a room with en-suite bathroom, very happy with cleanliness & quiet location. AC worked great (when the power wasn’t out). Breakfast was basic but did the trick. Kiki hostel next door is helpful for organizing bikes/transport.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful - they even made us breakfast at 6 as we left early. Only negative: the bud company they sell tickets for, sucks!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend to stay at the Long Hotel in Ha Giang! Super nice stuff, beautiful mountain view, good location, delicious food, fancy shakes and delicious Vietnamese coffee! :) If you want to do the Ha Giang Loop, rent a motorbike directly from next door - Kiki's House! While you go on the loop trip you can keep your luggage at the Long Hotel - super nice service! My room was really nice and clean. I regret that I didn't have time to stay more nights. The staff is kind and helpful with good advices for the Ha Giang Loop! You like coffee? Then you will love the famous Vietnamese coffee - try all different styles :) I also recommend the shakes!!! The breakfast is included - you have 3 options, enjoy! :) I felt very welcome, thanks a lot :)

Pros: Quite clean room, super big window, not bad breakfast with limited choices (3) Cons: The water supply was cut off by midnight and wasn't on until morning, water stank badly and had black sands or sth disgusting, I had to use bottled water to wash my face and brush my teeth. Terrible experience! The attitude of some staff is quite weird, they are not helpful unless you tip them. I heard that this place has good reviews because they offer free cigarettes for guests. I rate 2 stars because at least the facility is ok. Not recommended!
