Great service and value for the money!! Good standard on rooms. One of the staff picked me up outside of town for free since I had a lot of luggage. She also arranged bus-tickets for the next day. Be prepared to use Google translate, but other than that ok 👌

Family owning Ruby Hotel is the loveliest ever. So helpful, loving and pure. Rooms are clean, comfortable, affordable with beautiful views on surrounding mountains. They even have a supermarket downstairs with pretty good selection of everything. English is missing, but it's not a problem, as they are perfect with using google translate, amd you will be too! Perfect place to start your loop and rest afterwards. Thank you very much for all your hospitality, love and help you gave us when we needed it the most, after my partner broke his leg. You gave us care and feeling of family, even though we were complete strangers to you. It means a lot and we will never forget your kindness ❤️🙏

Amazing hosts! The family is very welcoming and they make your stay super enjoyable. Room is very clean and comfortable. I have rented a bicycle for a day and they have prepared some snacks and put them in the bicycle basket for me :) I would highly recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay here again!

"It’s a hidden gem in an off the beaten path d..."
It’s a hidden gem in an off the beaten path destination. Everyone who wants to drive the Ha Giang loop has to go to Ha Giang and if you look for a cheap private room this is the place to be. It’s clean and room and house looks new as well. The owner only speaks English, but they are so nice and really taking care of you and helps you out with everything. Can definetly recommend this hotel to everyone.
