We arrived at Ma Lê after a long day on the bike to be greeted with the friendly face of Harry, the Homestay owner. Harry is very nice and friendly and has some fantastic knowledge - he is also a great photographer! The house is over 200yrs old and constructed of wood and stone. Situated in a village consisting of farms and traditional homes, it was such an honour to have experienced the life in this tiny community. We also opted for dinner which was delicious! Harry is a very good cook. This Homestay is so close to the local way of life, if you are looking for an authentic experience and are not too prudish, then this is the place for you!
