"Managed by stupid people who can't handle the..."
Managed by stupid people who can't handle the money they receive. Had to pay my second night twice because of their incompetence. There's plenty of places to sleep in the area, don't waste your time there.

Girl at front desk was helpful in making sure our bus back to Hanoi was picking us up at the hotel. You are able to rent scooters to go up to Heaven’s Gate.
