The staff is incredibly rude. My husband and I were freezing cold and politely asked for another blanket, the staff laughed in my face. I thought maybe my app mistranslated what I was asking for so I asked again, they nodded and one of them gestured to follow him, he took me to my room, pointed at the blanket and told me “one” before walking away. Naturally I packed my things and was ready to leave. In the lobby they insisted that I stay and told me that they have a heater and that they would bring me a blanket. Later when they brought me the blanket I asked why they didn’t tell me that they had heat when I told them I was cold, at which point he laughed and made a “cry baby” gesture before walking away.
