The room was very unclean. There were gnats and bugs all over our ceiling and room. We had condoms in the nightstand next to the bed. The bed was very, very, VERY hard which I understan is normal in Vietnam. This one was extremely hard. We asked for another blanket so we could put it down and sleep on it. When it arrived there were fleas all over it. Very gross. We were put on the 5th floor and in the middle of the night someone tried to come into our room. Not sure if it was an accident or what but our door was definitely rattled. Very noisy hotel as well. Stains all over the walls. Would not stay here again, nor would I advise anyone to stay here. In addition, after I left, I noticed my wallet was no longer in my possession. Being that we were doing the Ha Giang Loop, I did not notice until about 60 km's down the road. We called the hotel and said they would have the wallet sent to our hostel in Ha Giang. 2 days later the wallet was never delivered and the hotel gave a "wrong number" for the bus that they sent the wallet on. I would never trust this place again.
