Most of all, they’re super friendly and go out of the way to make sure you’re comfortable. (Example: If you take the night bus in from Hanoi, there’s a free bed waiting for you.) You can get the particulars sorted later. They’ll also connect you with chill homestays where you can rest along your journey. Will definitely be using their services again!
