I have recently just completed a 5-day tour of the loop including renting bikes from QT. To say that these folks are exceptional at what they do would be an understatement. Quite possibly the most engaging, customer focussed company I have come across during our time in Vietnam. Their communication prior to starting our rental, arriving, to leaving has been extraordinary. If you are planning to do the loop, travelling to Vietnam or simply wanting a few days away, I'd absolutely recommend these folks. QT and his staff provided us with all the information, gear and confidence to safely ride the loop.
